This is a very brief summary of our Letting and Management Services for Landlords. Full details of our services and Fees are contained in our extremely comprehensive brochure, together with a host of information designed to tell you all you will ever need to know about letting residential property. This brochure is free to prospective Landlords and is available on request.
We have three basic levels of service as follows:
- Full Management
This is a fully comprehensive total Management and Letting service, suitable for Landlords living out of the area or abroad, or who, for whatever reason, do not wish to become involved in the day to day Management of their properties. - Part Management
This service is suitable for those Landlords who live close by, are able to keep an eye on the property and supervise maintenance and repairs, but do not wish to become involved in some of the more delicate areas of Management, such as rent collection, bringing Tenancies to an end, agreeing dilapidations with Tenants etc. This is an excellent half way house between Full Management and Letting Only, whereby we maintain an ongoing involvement with your property and are on hand if you go away on holiday or run into problems. - Letting Only
This Service is suitable for those Landlords living locally who wish to actively Manage their property themselves, but would like us to find them suitable Tenants.
Our Tenants
We let, in the main, to good quality professional, academic and medical tenants, as well as many well known local companies and as a result of our continuous marketing effort (of which this website is but one example) it is not unusual for us to have several hundred prospective tenants registered with us at any given time seeking rental property in the area . Our main requirements are that properties must be in good condition, tastefully decorated and furnished.
